The Program of the Conference consists of invited (Plenary) papers, of contributed oral and poster presentations, which are distributed into 5 sections:

·  Nanotechnology, nanostructures and nanoelectronics (NNN)

·  Characterization, physical processes and properties (CPPP)

·  Solid-state device physics (SSDP)

·  Condensed-matter theory (CMT)

The Program includes three Special Sessions.
