Scientific Workshop: Joint Implementation and Clean Development Mechanism among the BSEC Countries

The PROMITHEAS Network of Energy and Climate Policy, under the FP6 project “EU – BSEC Energy and Climate Policy Network” is organizing the scientific workshop “Joint Implementation and Clean Development Mechanisms among the BSEC Countries” in Kiev, Ukraine on November 9th 2007.

Call for Papers

The workshop will allow the discussion on the role of Kyoto mechanisms as climate policy instruments for Caspian and Black Sea countries. It will offer the opportunity to both decision makers and scientists to recommend ways to overcome barriers, facilitate their implementation and attract investments from other countries and especially EU.

October 15th 2007: Submission of abstracts

October 20th 2007: Acceptance notification

November 1st 2007: Registration

November 9th 2007: Workshop

January 31st 2008: Submission of full papers
